Jennifer Mattio | Executive Director
Jennifer Mattio serves as the Executive Director at Summit at Knoxville, where she is dedicated to creating a culture of hope, healing, and support for both clients and our team.
With five years of experience in the treatment and recovery field, Jennifer is passionate about helping individuals become the best version of themselves while reminding them that recovery and healing are always possible. Jennifer believes that every person deserves to feel valued, supported, and important throughout their journey. Her leadership style focuses on building an environment where clients feel safe and encouraged to heal, while staff feel appreciated, empowered, and proud to be part of the mission.
She is committed to fostering a positive and welcoming culture that prioritizes compassion, accountability, and excellence in care. Driven by a passion for mental health and substance abuse recovery, Jennifer strives to ensure that Summit at Knoxville is a place where lives are changed, hope is restored, and both clients and employees can thrive.
Dr. Gina L. Marchando, DMFT, LMFT, NPT-C, CST | Clinical Consultant
Dr. Gina L. Marchando, DMFT, LMFT, NPT-C, is a licensed relational therapist, clinical consultant, and program development expert passionate about helping behavioral health organizations create meaningful, effective, and compassionate systems of care.
With experience across substance use, mental health, trauma-informed treatment, and family programming, she specializes in building innovative clinical curricula, strengthening team culture, enhancing patient outcomes, and supporting organizational growth.
Known for her warm, collaborative approach and dynamic leadership style, Dr. G brings together clinical expertise, operational insight, and genuine human connection to help teams deliver high-quality, relationship-centered care.
