Why Verify Your Benefits? Get Clarity on Your Coverage

Verifying your insurance benefits is a crucial first step that provides you with essential clarity and peace of mind before beginning treatment. Our team can help you understand:

  • Coverage Details: What specific addiction and mental health services are covered by your plan.
  • Out-of-Pocket Costs: Your estimated financial responsibility, including deductibles, co-pays, and co-insurance.
  • In-Network vs. Out-of-Network Benefits: How your plan covers care at our facility.
  • Length of Stay Covered: The duration of residential or detox treatment that your policy may authorize.
  • Any Limitations or Requirements: Such as pre-authorizations or referral needs.

By verifying your benefits upfront, you can reduce financial stress and focus on what truly matters: your recovery journey.

Our Streamlined Verification Process: Easy & Confidential

Our admissions team is specifically trained to navigate the complexities of insurance policies. We make the verification process as quick and easy as possible, providing you with answers and guidance without obligation.

  1. Confidential Call: Simply call our main admissions line. This initial conversation is completely confidential and commitment-free.
  2. Information Gathering: Our team will ask for basic information from your insurance card (e.g., policy number, group ID, date of birth, and the phone number for providers on your card).
  3. Direct Communication: We handle the communication directly with your insurance company. You don’t have to spend hours on the phone navigating complex automated systems.
  4. Clear Explanation: Once we’ve gathered the details, we’ll explain your benefits in clear, understandable terms and answer any questions you may have about your coverage and financial responsibilities.
  5. No Obligation: Verifying your insurance does not obligate you to commit to treatment at Summit at Knoxville. It’s simply a step to provide you with the information you need to make an informed decision.
